These Terms govern your use of the My Home Path mortgage readiness program operated by Matt Panigutti, Division Director at American Pacific Mortgage, 24950 Country Club Blvd., Ste. 12D, N Olmsted, OH 44070. By accessing our website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, completing our mortgage readiness quiz, submitting a form, scheduling a call, or downloading any resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit your information.
2. Nature of Services — Not a Loan Commitment
Important Disclosure: The My Home Path program and its quiz, resources, and communications are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes a mortgage pre-approval, pre-qualification, loan commitment, credit decision, or guarantee of any kind.
Quiz results are based solely on self-reported information and are intended only to provide general guidance on mortgage readiness. Actual loan eligibility is determined through a formal application process subject to full underwriting review, credit verification, income documentation, and applicable lender guidelines.
Language such as “may qualify,” “strong position,” or “good indication” reflects general educational guidance only and does not represent a binding credit determination or offer to lend.
3. SMS & Text Message Terms (A2P)
By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us at the mobile number you provided.
You agree and understand that:
• Messages may include appointment confirmations, follow-up communications, educational resources, and scheduling reminders.
• Message frequency varies — up to 4–6 messages per month.
• Standard msg & data rates may apply, charged by your carrier.
• Consent is not a condition of receiving a loan or any product or service.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. One final confirmation will be sent.
• Reply HELP for assistance. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Our SMS program is operated through GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. By consenting, you acknowledge that your information may be processed through this platform in accordance with their terms and our Privacy Policy.
Supported carriers include (but are not limited to):
AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, and other major U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Accuracy of Information You Provide
By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate, complete, and current. Quiz results are based entirely on self-reported data. Inaccurate information will produce inaccurate results and is not our responsibility.
5. Educational Resources & Third-Party Tools
We provide free educational guides, checklists, and third-party calculator tools for informational purposes only. Third-party tools (including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Gamma.app documents) are operated by independent organizations. We are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.
Nothing in our resources constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
6. Scheduling & Appointments
By booking a call, you acknowledge it is a free, no-obligation consultation for educational and planning purposes. It does not constitute a loan application, pre-qualification, or any commitment by either party.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our pages is the property of Matt Panigutti / American Pacific Mortgage or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website, quiz, resources, and communications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy or suitability of any quiz results or educational content for your specific situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matt Panigutti, American Pacific Mortgage, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any.
10. Fair Lending & Equal Housing

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
